Vicci Martinez is a local (Tacoma) pop singer. I had never heard of her before the Taste of Tacoma this year (2007), but now I'm a fan. She's an intense performer and writes some great songs. Her band is pretty darn tight, too. She's definitely worth seeing if you have the chance.
